Product draft

This policy is a product draft prepared ahead of billing launch and is subject to legal review and change before it takes effect.

1. Current state

Free access is open. You can stop using SessionShot at any time, and you can request account closure through the Contact page. Starter and Pro self-serve paid plans are not open publicly yet.

2. When paid plans open

Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal; no further charges are made after cancellation.
Access to paid features is expected to continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Data retention and export guidance for cancelled plans will be defined with the plan terms. The intent is a reasonable window to export results before plan-based retention applies.
Cancellation controls will live alongside billing and Paddle Customer Portal when paid self-serve plans are open.
