Paid plans coming soonRefund policy
Free access is open today. This page states the planned refund approach for future paid subscriptions.
Policy
Last updated: July 2026.
Product draft
This policy is a product draft prepared ahead of billing launch and is subject to legal review and change before it takes effect.
1. Current state
Free access is open, and Starter and Pro self-serve paid plans are not open publicly yet. Nothing is charged for Free access, so no refunds apply today.
2. When paid plans open
The intended principles:
- You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops the next charge rather than triggering an automatic refund of the current period.
- Refund requests for the current period are reviewed case-by-case — for example, for extended service failure or accidental duplicate charges.
- Refunds may be declined where fair-use limits were abused or the acceptable-use terms were breached.
- Final refund terms will be published with the plan terms at billing launch and may vary by jurisdiction where law requires.
